Life after sixty isn’t hard. Being preoccupied with being over sixty is hard. Live each day, one day at a time and you won’t notice much difference.

As a survivor of the sixties and seventies, I lived through the anti-establishment, anti-war, don’t trust anyone over thirty era. Now, forty years later, I see that Bob Dylan one of my heroes, is still doing tours at the age of seventy. Rod Stewart, a rock favorite, fathered a son at sixty. Clint Eastwood evolved and the quality of his acting and directing seems to get better with age. So, what was I going to do with my life, now that I too had joined the over sixty generation? Could I start life over and reinvent myself after retirement? Was there life after sixty?
