Is anyone else wishing they lived in a country where golf could be enjoyed all year round instead of having to battle the elements that plague the UK.

A new survey has found that many middle-class British families are considering to emigrate the country as Britain can no longer offer them a good quality of life.

The survey entitled ‘When the British built Adelaide they wanted to build a better Britain’, and carried out by Huddersfield University, polled 1,000 British families, and found that almost two in three families surveyed wanted to emigrate due to the deteriorating economy, bad weather and a loss of national pride.

“The British weather was named as the number one reason to leave the UK (59%), followed by economic downturn (49%), expensive housing (43%), bad manners (35%) and a loss of community spirit and neighbourliness (33%) in British society,” according to the survey.
